Rajat Sharma is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm and is actively involved in litigation and advisory work across civil, criminal, commercial, and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on developing clear legal strategies supported by strong drafting and effective courtroom advocacy, particularly in matters involving complex questions of law.

He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Delhi and further strengthened his legal expertise by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade & Business Law from the Indian Society of International Law. His academic background enables him to handle commercial, business, and regulatory disputes with a well-rounded understanding of both domestic and international legal frameworks.

He has been appointed as a Senior Panel Counsel by the Government of India, Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Legal Affairs (Judicial Section), for conducting Central Government litigation before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. This appointment reflects his professional competence, trust reposed by public authorities, and experience in handling government and public law matters.

He is known for his practical approach, procedural clarity, and result-oriented representation before trial courts, High Courts, and tribunals.
